It is only a short walk to both Newmarket and Parnell shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as the Domain and Museum, Auckland Hospital and the Cathedral. Suitable for singles or couples, business or pleasure. Overseas visitors especially welcome. Accommodation includes a private Lounge and Bedroom, both with direct access to a sunny north facing Courtyard and your own private Bathroom.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Convenient to bus stops for town and the Pakuranga Plaza. We'd love to host you in our corner of Auckland.

It is attached to our 100 year old home, but is completely self contained. There are outdoor areas for you, tv with chromecast available, games. Bus and train are close by. Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.

Our family home is in Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore with sensational harbour and bush views The separate, self-contained apartment has a full kitchen, unlimited high-speed 100mbps (WiFi ), a new LG 55" TV (with NETFLIX), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
