Our house is a wilderness retreat close to Mount Baw Baw. Surrounded by tall trees, tree ferns and wildlife it's a place to get away from it all and relax. Enjoy the serenity from the three decks or two living rooms, commanding views of the forest with the Baw Baw Plateau backdrop. A spacious home, great for two families, a mix of modern and quirky charm a great place to base your next adventure, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, dirt bike riding, 4WD, trout fishing.

‘Tanjil Bren Mountain Cabin’ Set in amongst the towering Mountain ash trees on the Mt Baw Baw Tourist Rd in West Gippsland is the tiny off grid hamlet of Tanjil Bren. Our cabin is the perfect base to explore the beautiful surrounding area and kicking back around the fire. Suitable for families, couples or a small group of friends. Scout Alpine Adventure Centre - Lilac Room

The Scout Alpine Adventure Centre - Baw Baw Ski Club sleeps up to 26 people in six rooms. Lilac Room consists of a double bed and a set of bunks, perfect for a family. Guests must supply their own bedding. Mattresses are supplied with mattress protectors, a pillow and a blanket, but you will need to provide linen, and doonas. The Lodge provides basic facilities to ensure guests can have a budget friendly trip to the snow.

Scout Alpine Adventure Centre - Adam's Den

The Scout Alpine Adventure Centre - Baw Baw Ski Club sleeps up to 26 people in six rooms. Adams Den Room consists of 5 single bunk beds. Guests must supply their own bedding. Mattresses are supplied with mattress protectors, a pillow and a blanket, but you will need to provide linen, and doonas. The Lodge provides basic facilities to ensure guests can have a budget friendly trip to the snow.

Timber Top Lodge is a rustic, cosy, off-grid cabin located in the sleepy village of Tanjil Bren. It's two and a half hours east of Melbourne and 20 minutes from Mt Baw Baw Ski Village. The cabin offers the perfect place to kick back and relax, or it can be a comfy base if you want to get out and explore.
