This charming (and newly renovated) 1920's bungalow is located in historic downtown Mount Dora. Come embrace the front porch feel of the community. You can enjoy your coffee or drinks on the front porch and watch the world go by or walk the short 2 blocks to the center of the historic downtown area in Mount Dora at Donnelly & 5th Avenue. The downtown area has wonderful shopping and a variety of restaurants, all steps away from beautiful Lake Dora. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Historic Mount Dora is only steps away. Enjoy the many quaint shops, restaurants and regional festivals. The rolling hills and lakeside views give this town its New England seaside charm. Orlando theme parks are only 1 hour away. We are the perfect place to retreat after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

Sapphire Cottage - sleeps 6, on 5 acres with canal

On 5 beautiful wooded acres with a boat dock on the canal. Relax by the shared pool, enjoy a BBQ by the firepit, fish from the boat dock, enjoy nature, or simply read a book in the gazebo. Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Lake Dora Cottage!

We are located 1 house behind Lake Dora's lakefront, only a 1 mile scenic drive to Downtown Mr. Dora! We renovated this vintage lakeside cottage. It was originally a 1940's fish camp! The Cottage is detached from the main home with an enclosed private patio. The shoreline of the lake is PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE DOCKS. Guests have public access points. ****SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED*** We live on the property and therefore, it is not considered a public accommodation.

Idle Hour is a newly renovated cottage style 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located within walking distance to downtown, the marina, several parks, and Lake Dora. Enjoy the quaint neighborhoods, dining, shopping, or attend one of the year round festivities. Relax and enjoy the nostalgia of yesteryear while exploring downtown or relaxing in the courtyard with a glass of wine around the firepit. **Offsite boat parking can be arranged for $25 per night for guests with boats.
