With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

Close to all transit and a stones throw to Whole Foods, Fitness World, browns social house, and shopping at Uptown Centre. This central location will afford you quick access to all the South Island has on offer. No smoking of any substance or excessive noise as we live in the home and will extend the same courtesy. Detached One Bedroom Guest Suite

This 400 sq.ft. detached suite in Royal Oak is a quiet get away that Victoria can be enjoyed from. Central and accessible to all parts of the CRD. With a rec centre, two mini-malls, and a park within walking distance you can be comfortable without leaving the neighborhood. The unit has a full bathroom, mini kitchen, two full beds and outdoor seating spaces. T.V is apple box with streaming services. Parking is available on-site. It is listed as a 3 person space with the intention of a child.

Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Cordova Bay Suite

Large bachelor suite located in a quite waterfront neighbourhood. Located centrally, 25 minute drive from BC Ferry and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. Being detached from the main house it allows complete privacy. There is space in the in the driveway for 1 vehicle. The suite feature a surround sound system with a 55" TV , large sectional sofa, fridge, private bathroom and a queen bed. Mount Douglas mountain is within walking distance. Close to galloping goose trail, beaches, and UVIC.
