Self contained apartment in Frankston right opposite the beach. Great for a relaxing weekend away, walk, chill and enjoy all that Frankston has to offer. Basic kitchen and outdoor area with a small Weber that you can Bbq on. Lots of walking trails, bike riding paths, visit Mclelland Gallery or The Mornington Peninsula Wineries. There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Oakstone Estate is a secluded rural 3 acre property situated in the heart of Mornington, 60 minutes drive from Melbourne. Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
