Enjoy this stylish one-bedroom, 2nd-floor villa located 100 yards from the beach on beautiful Kiawah Island. It has an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with a beautiful lagoon view from the screened porch. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk, walk-in closet, and a remodeled bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for four. The villa also has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building.
