Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Even though we are at the heart of this vibrant community, our home is located on a dead end street and is a short commute to downtown (transit or better yet, bike!) Your space is a private room with its own entrance, full bathroom and wet bar. It is on the cozier side (small) but its bright & comfortable.
