Carl’s beautiful newly renovated studio just a short walk to the beach. (12 minutes) Contemporary, big studio with separate kitchen located on ground floor with separate private entry. All furnishings, kitchen and bathroom amenities completely new, including blankets, bed linings, and bathroom supplies. The studio is located very conveniently in central Auckland making it easy to go everywhere. 2 min walk from bus stops, 20min walk from the train station, and 15mins drive to airport and CBD.

This safe, secure and comfortable suburban home is close to the new motorway link for easy access around the city, with Eden Park, The Zoo/Motat, New Lynn and the airport all easy to get to.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

The Grove

The Grove is a charming French country-inspired hideaway nestled in the heart of Mt Albert. Recently refurbished, this self-contained retreat features a well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
