Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This home offers a great outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facilities, is well lit and has outdoor heaters for comfort.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

Hill St Terrace is conveniently located close to Hobart CBD and the famous North Hobart restaurant district. Perfect for a quick getaway or a longer stay and is ideal for couples, families or small groups wanting to be close to the action. There is free parking on the street in front of house and public transport close by. The property is fully compliant with local council regulations and has a current permit for short stay accommodation.

My place is 9 minutes walk to North Hobart restaurant/café/theatre strip. 20 minutes walk to CBD. 25 minutes walk to Salamanca and Docks area. 5 minutes to the Mona Ferry. 20 minutes drive to Hobart Airport. Taxi from airport $40-45. Airporter bus airport to CBD $32 return. We can cater for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
