It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

Electric bike and scooter shares are nearby and the public bus is two blocks away which will take you to the heart of downtown in just 20 minutes.

Dimming led lighting throughout for relaxing evenings. Ceiling is double float drywall, great sound-proofing for a good night of sleep. No smoking in the unit and absolutely no pets, please.
