Escape from the chaos in our modern 1,600 square foot container house! A true bucket list experience! Nestled far enough in the trees to give you privacy, yet only minutes from downtown Millersburg. Get some groceries at Rhodes (2 minute drive) or a cup of joe from Jitters Coffee House (5 minute drive). Spend the day shopping & exploring Amish Country, and come back to unwind in this unique space. The perfect weekend getaway! Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. Kitchen - The kitchen features fully equipped stainless steel appliances and includes the following: - Microwave - Electric Range - Keurig single-serve coffee maker - Refrigerator with water/ice dispenser - Dishwasher - Plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses - Utensils - Blender - Pots & pans - Coffee filters Living Room - The living room features two large couches & a coffee table. There is a large flat screen TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining Room - The dining area holds 4 chairs. It can be used as a formal dining area to enjoy dinner or a casual work space. Top Floor Lounge Area - The space at the top of the spiral staircase has a couch and a DoubleSun Telescope to let you explore the universe. Outdoor Areas - The back patio is likely one of the more popular hangout areas of the house. It features a large, four-burner grill. It also includes patio chairs & a table. It gives a great view of an open space known for deer sightings. The side patio features a table and chair for two. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a campfire area on the rear side of the house, for late evening smores! - Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and all outside spaces. - Guest have access to all towels, linens, pillow cases & paper products. - The house is a short walk to Fire Ridge Golf Course. Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.
