The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Peace & Comfort!!! Located 10 mins from National Harbor, 15 minutes from Navy Yard DC, about 20 minutes to downtown DC or Alexandria, VA. Easy access to 495 highway. Host will consider 3-6 month stays with a signed lease. Off-street parking, wifi, tv in bedroom & living room with Hulu, Netflix, Youtube Tv, and Amazon Prime. Echo speaker for music and to control temperature. Access to washer/dryer and backyard. Basement apt, does not have a kitchen, but includes mini fridge & microwave.

Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.
