Mistress Block Vineyard is one of the iconic Shiraz vineyards of the Hunter Valley. Planted in 1968 it has Heritage Vineyard status within the Valley. Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing).Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Surrounded by abundant wildlife (see photos). Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . . Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

Goosewing Cottage Hunter Valley

Our Cottage is fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. Please note, to minimise cost for only 2 guests, we close off the 2nd room with ensuite, when not in use so you don't pay for what you don't need. A $120 surcharge is in place for 1 couple or 2 singles travelling together and needing the 2nd bedroom, so kindly inform us if this is the case. The surcharge does not apply for 3 or 4 guest bookings. Please see Goosewing Homestead, for our larger dwelling with pool.

THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)
