The living room has two comfy pull out sofas, 1 queen and 1 twin, air conditioning, electric fireplace, washer & dryer (in the unit), smart TV’s, private wireless internet as well as through the condo association, a community saltwater pool with grilling area that includes tables and chairs.

I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
