Family Dream Home 10 min. from Salt Lake City

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Amazing views! Private Basement Apartment

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.

Quiet Mountainside home with amazing views just 15 minutes from skiing and town! Enjoy this beautiful top floor home that features a great room with large full kitchen, dining and entertainment area, and kid’s corner, fully stocked with toys and games for making memories. The home is on a half-acre lot largely naturally landscaped - mature trees. It’s 10 minutes from Ogden and Snowbasin and 60 minutes from Park City. Regularly see wild turkeys, moose and deer.
