Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

The area offers plenty of options for hiking and there are several ski areas between a 30-60 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in just a short drive!
