Hidden Creek Studio in Lake Forest Park!

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Quaint Downtown Retreat, just steps from beach!

Location, Location, Location! Retreat to an updated one-bedroom with an ensuite bath in ideal downtown Edmonds. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, ferry, restaurants, shopping, galleries, and transit. This top-floor unit features stunning views of the Puget Sound, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, cable, smart TVs with active subscriptions, and a keyless entry system. Crow's Nest at the Northend of Lake Washington

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

Welcome! We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Enjoy a fully equipped craftsman home ideal for working remotely, or as a kick off point for touring Seattle and the Pacific North West. The house is located steps from the light rail station which has direct access to the airport, the stadiums, downtown, the Capitol Hill Neighborhood, and the University of Washington. The house is in the vibrant Beacon Hill neighborhood with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
