This traditional three-story house of 150 sq.m. is located literally on the sea, in the historic old port of Chora, the capital of Andros, overlooking the picturesque chapel of Agia Thalassini, the impressive Tourlitis lighthouse and the Venetian Castle of Chora. The spacious terrace of the house offers unlimited sea views and a unique view of the sunrise, directly exposed to the summer breeze and the waves of the sea, giving the feeling that the visitor is literally on the deck of a boat!

Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
