Darling little farm home

"Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres with nothing but beauty. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. There is plenty of other dining and shops within minutes. “I also have a storm shelter in the barn which is important in bad storms!

Enjoy the best of city and country living in our SEPARATE Guest House . Swim in our saltwater pool and warm up in the hot tub. Walk 3 minutes to Percy Priest Lake to fish and enjoy water sports . Kids love Nashville Shores Water Park on the lake which featlures sand beaches, slides, a zip line, miniature golf and more. Providence Marketplace is only 2 miles away with amazing shopping and dining opportunities. Mt. Juliet is a safe, new boutique community with over 300 eating establishments.

Old Hickory Haven Cabin

Getaway Properties offers a spacious country cabin accommodating up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The cabin also has a large deck with a grill and seating area/ a private fire pit. You can relax, enjoy smores with your friends or family, or watch the sunset over the water. The Old Hickory Lake is right across the street from our property. There is an access area where you can visit. PET FRIENDLY! NEW HOT TUB!!

The Jewel

You have found the JEWEL of Mt. Juliet! This family friendly home sits in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is 2.5 miles away from the Providence Marketplace with plenty of shopping/dining. We are less than 20 miles from downtown Nashville, 13 miles from the airport. The game room downstairs includes a 55" TV and pool table. BBQ on the deck or relax by the fire pit. This home sleeps 7 with 4 beds and a futon. A great location for those looking for adventure in and around the Nashville area.
