ชาเล่ต์หลังแรก “บ้านด้วงกว่าง (beetle house)” ด้วงกว่าง (beetle) สัตว์ในความทรงจำวัยเด็ก เป็นแมลงที่พบได้มากในบริเวณป่าที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ จำได้ว่าตอนยังเล็กๆ พวกเด็กๆชอบจับด้วงกว่างมาเล่นชนกัน เพราะน้องเป็นแมลงที่มีเขา 2 อันโค้งขึ้นและลง ปลายมี 2 แฉกเป็นเอกลักษณ์ เป็นประเพณีตามฤดูกาลพื้นถิ่นล้านนา เช่นเดียวกับการชนไก่ และปลากัดนั่นเองค่ะ แต่ปัจจุบันพบได้ยากขึ้น ถ้าใครเจอน้องด้วงกว่างหลงมาก็อย่าลืมพาน้องกลับธรรมชาติแทนที่จะเอามาเล่นนะคะ

The house is in the town center, very close to markets, temples, city canal, and other remarkable places. We can arrange a car, motorbike, and bicycle for rent if needed. 1.15 hr traveling from Bangkok by air and only 10 minutes from the airport to the house.
