Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Petra Residence, Terrazzo in Lindos

The charming Petra Residence is nestled in the natural rocky area of Lindos. The house took its name from the greek word "Petra" which means stone. It consists of 2 separate apartments, Giardino on the ground floor and Terrazzo on the first, sharing a beautiful garden and outdoor patio. The residence is located within a 5 minute walk from the Vlycha beach and a 2 minute drive from the magnificent village of Lindos. It's an ideal place for families, couples or groups of friends.

The 30villa Rd Studio is a new vacation house boasting a modern and stylish design, perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a front yard that provides a cozy and inviting outdoor space, guests can relax and unwind while taking in the surrounding scenery. This vacation house is ideal for a small group of three people, comprising two adults and one child. Additionally, it is worth noting that the property underwent renovations and was completed in April 2023.

This character 3 bedroom house is surrounded by beautiful countryside. You can see the ghost town from the terraces. It has a stylish, rustic feel and is beautifully finished with classic marble, kilim and natural wooden flooring. Surrounding the house is a stone wall with gated entry, giving peace and privacy. The roof terrace has superb views and the pool is just off the living room. There is a local shop and public transport 5 mins away and private parking.
