It is well located and all service is in walking distance. Reyðarfjörður is East Cost central. The whole apartment on the ground floor is at your disposal and is defined as follows: two bedrooms with four single beds in total, well equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room.

Frágangi utanhúss er ekki alveg lokið en það stendur til bóta. Íbúðin er með útsýni í vestur og kvöldsólin nær einnig á glugga í norðri. Húsið sem íbúðin er í stendur í túnjaðri. Víðsýnt er frá húsinu í allar áttir. Stutt er í ósnortna náttúru með fuglalífi, litlum læk og kindum á beit.
