Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

The Pines & Cherries Cabin Retreat in the Gorge

Enjoy quiet personal time or a romantic getaway at this cozy and rustic Columbia River Gorge log cabin, located in the woods just 25 mins from the PDX. Fill your days with hiking, berry picking or fishing. Then curl up by the fire in an intimate setting, listen to the birds from the front porch, or get your best writing done at the vintage desk! Supplies of tea, coffee and chocolate provided. Queen size bedroom loft with a trundle bed downstairs. Amenities include indoor shower and kitchenette.

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

Located two blocks from the Springwater Corridor — a 21-mile paved trail for walkers and bikers — in the quiet neighborhood of Ardenwald, you’ll find The Hummingbird Cottage. This whimsical 1930s garden cottage is less than one mile from the charming streets of Sellwood, home to quaint coffee shops and restaurants, boutique shopping, and the iconic Sellwood Riverfront Park. The cottage features organic cotton sheets and goose down comforters in each room and a renovated spa-like main bathroom.

Mary and I love hosting people who appreciate a comfortable experience and beautiful space. Our Private Suite is located in an idyllic setting central to all the activities, great food and nature that the greater Portland area is known for, but without the "junk" that comes with being in the city. Short drives to Portland, Mt Hood hiking and skiing, the Columbia River, Multnomah Falls and great entertainment at McMenamin's "Edgefield (15 Min)" and "Grand Lodge" (35 min.). Infants 0-2 welcome.

Relax in this calm, clean and simple space. Enter in from the sidewalk fence to a little patio great for enjoying your coffee and some fresh air. There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

Forest Park trail is steps away, Sauvie Island and the historic Cathedral Bridge are 5 minutes by car, and 10 minutes to Slab Town and Alphabet District. Steps away are charming cafes, shops, and a park with hiking trails and dog parks. Enjoy local activities like bingo and dining on pet-friendly patios. Complete with essentials including laundry and a breakfast nook, this bungalow is perfect for both short and extended stays, offering a unique Portland experience.

Nothing but peacefulness at our Hidden Gem Acres yet only 10 minutes from stores, breweries, and restaurants. Many outdoor activities in the Gorge area & X-Cross. All neighbors border us by 5 acres. Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.
