The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Come enjoy our cabin on 40 acres with above ground pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day (solar cover)! Cabin has a set of bunk beds and a full size bed also. Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

Peaceful, centrally-located historic 1892 Queen Anne Victorian home. The Eagle's Nest has private entrance, off street parking, 2 bedrooms, furnished suite on the 2nd floor overlooking White River. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything!! 2 miles or less to Ball Sate , Minnetrista , shopping, and restaurants. You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
