Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

The house has a Queen bed, a Single bed and a sofa. A tiny home in a peaceful neighborhood. Built on 4 city lots, it has plenty of space and privacy. For families visiting the Naval Academy, we are close enough, yet give you space and privacy. Away from the hustle of North Chicago and Waukegan. Nearby attractions are: Naval Base - 11 miles, 20 minutes Six Flags - 7 miles, 15 minutes Illinois State Beach - 2 miles, 5 minutes Chicago - 46 miles, 60 minutes Milwaukee - 50 miles, 55 minutes

Nearby train stations make Chicago just a 45-minute train ride away. O'Hare Airport is a 30-40 minute commute from our home. Additional nearby sites include Great America, and shopping venues--from outlet malls in Gurnee and Kenosha, to quaint downtowns, like Libertyville. Location makes this home an ideal venue for Midwest sightseeing.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.

We are located off the beaten path, near the Fox River, but less than three miles from the Metra station (into Chicago); and less than five miles from the Norge Ski Club. Within driving distance, there are golf courses, hiking paths, and shopping. Our fully furnished apartment is attached to our main house and offers you a private entrance and driveway parking for one vehicle.
