The property is ideal for hiking, cycling, kayaking, or visiting the nearby sports center. In the shared garden, outdoor furniture invites picnics, lounging, or a dip in the pool, while the basement offers a selection of wines to enjoy. The kitchen and the wine cellar are located in the basement area and are not heated.
