Located in the village of Broadford, you get the best of both worlds, a quiet, private hilltop retreat that’s close to all amenities, only ten minutes from Newcastle West. Whether you’re visiting to explore the local area or simply looking to unwind, our home offers a peaceful base with easy access to nearby towns, pubs, and shops. This spacious cottage, with its large yard and sweeping views, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Irish countryside.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

For small families the sofa in the sitting room converts into a comfortable single bed. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. The house is not suitable for kids as there is only 1 bed.
