Sauna lämpiää kivikorikiukaan voimin ja yläkerrassa majoittuu hyvin neljä henkeä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, pesukone ja kuivauskaappi pyykkihuoltoon ja tehokas 200 Mbps valokuituyhteys vaikkapa etätyöskentelyyn. Vuokra ei sisällä loppusiivousta, vaan majoittuja vastaa siitä. Omat lakanat ja pyyhkeet tulee myös olla mukana.
