The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This beautiful wooden house is in Énlaka, a small Transylvanian village, surrounded by nature. Izgalmas feladat a mai kor igényeire formálni egy 150 éves házat. Úgy fújni le a port a régiről, hogy az ne a műanyag csillogás múló divatja felé szálljon, de túlságosan a múltba se ragadjon, giccsesen nosztalgiázva.

Szállásunk egy 5 hálószobás hétvégi ház Erdély szívében, Hargita megyében, egy csendes kis faluban, Nagykedében, ahol vendégeink megtapasztalhatják a csendet és nyugalmat a természetben. A szálláshelyen vendégeinknek rendelkezésükre áll egy tágas udvar, zárt parkoló, kinti wellness helyiség sós dézsával, szaunával és medencével (ezek használatát nem tartalmazza az ár), játszótér gyerekeknek, grillezési lehetőséggel és biciklik. An alternative to your regular town-flats, where you can unwind and enjoy the chilled setting, while being close to the city buzz.

Durutya House is a 3-bedroom historic monument located in a quiet corner of the walled old town of Sighisoara, a World Heritage Site in the heart of Transylvania. Recommended for up to 4 adults and 3 children, the property has a secluded patio with a view across the wooded hills. Dating back to the 17th century, Durutya House has been sensitively restored, offering rustic character alongside a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms and free Wifi.

O veche casă țărănească cu prispă a prins viață din nou, unde farmecul vremurilor de altădată se îmbină cu confortul modern. Lemnul recuperat dintr-un vechi șopron, detaliile din cărămidă și corpurile de iluminat împletite creează o atmosferă caldă și primitoare. Casa este ideală pentru până la 6 persoane, cu două dormitoare, fiecare cu baie proprie, un living cu bucătărie open-space și o canapea extensibilă. Studioul este situat pe malul Mureșului, aproape de centru. Centrul orașului se află la o distanță de 1500 de metri. Sala polivalentă se află la 500 de metri. Studioul are intrare separată de pe stradă. Are o suprafață de 35 m2 compus dintr-un open space+baie și de o galerie de 4 m2. Dispune de un pat matrimonial și de o saltea de două persoane în galerie.
