This mountain facing studio apartment with spectacular views of Heavenly Valley, is the perfect combination of luxury living with true ski-in and ski-out access. This studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, large bathroom with corner spa and direct access to the Village chairlift. Located in Hotham Central with equipment hire, gift shops, a licensed supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ticket sales.

河畔生活 - 僻静河畔的度假屋

Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.

It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Just a two-hour drive from Adelaide, it offers a riverside location with incredible views and private river access. Amidst a picturesque gum-studded landscape, you can relish the tranquility and even spot the occasional kangaroo, echidna, or tawny frogmouth that frequent the area.

Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
