Es gibt noch einen sauberen Sandstrand Zugang, sowie mehrere Restaurants in der Marine um den Abend gemütlich auszuklingen zu lassen. Ansonsten liegt die Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und bietet Maximale Privatsphäre durch die hohen Mauern zu den Nachbarn.
