For those coming by car, a dedicated parking spot is available in the garage.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away

If you are looking for a quiet area which is near the airport, close to the ETH and the city centre, this place is perfect for you. The forest near by is good for nature loving vistors. It can be reached in 5 min and a 20 min walk will grant a breathaking view over the whole city.

It's a lovely 2.5 room apartment located in the lively area of Wipkingen with a terrace over the river Limmat and Wipkinger Park. You can start your morning with a cup of good coffee and get going around by nearby public transportation or by my old bicycle. Great for couples, also with babies/kids (nearby playground and doors with better soundproof system). Great for home-office: a monitor available if requested.

The building is only three years old. The apartment is on the last 4th floor and provides view on hills and Alps. There is an elevator.
