Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a fully renovated bungalow & bunkhouse on 2 large lots with private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a pond out back in the woods filled w/wildlife year-round. Additionally, guests get the FREE & exclusive use of the 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & 70' dock from May through October. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.
