A cozy loft featuring queen size bed is open to a beautiful living area featuring gas fireplace, books, games, and a sofa sleeper. kitchen, features gas cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom features large tiled shower, flush toilet, with towels and toiletries. Beautiful setting on private pond stocked with bass, blue gill and crappy for fishing fun. Fire pit, gas grill and cornhole.

This is a real cabin.....not a house in the woods. This rustic sit's tucked back 1100 feet off of a lazy country road and provides a 5 mile breath-taking view from the front porch. Close to many activities, 25 minutes to New Albany, 15 minutes to Newark, 10 minutes to Dillon State park.

Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. (Please note, space is downtown on a busy corner with street busy noise at prime times.)

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
