The Barrack is part of a 130-year-old family estate, just off the Mall Road, Mussoorie. The Palace, though a heritage property, is now in ruins, but due to its unique and salubrious location, these cottages were constructed with a view to providing the guests with an un-interrupted panaromic view of the Doon valley on one side and the twinkling lights of the crowded Mall Road, Mussoorie on the other.
