Göremeye araç ile 5 dakika, Avanos ve ürgüpe 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Şehir merkezine 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Otelimiz Uçhisar kalesi ve Güvercinlik vadisine araç ile 3 dakika uzaklıkta. Otobüs durakları yürüyerek 5 dakika uzaklıkta, marketler bir üst sokakta. Temizlik en önemli kuralımızdır. Odada sigara içilmez. Mutfak buzdolabı ve kahvaltı yoktur

Ev tamamen size ait olacak, Kapadokyanın merkezinde bulunan bahçeli müstakil evimiz rahat ve güvenli bir tatil için sizleri bekliyor. Evimizde 4 oda 1 salon olup konaklama esnasında sadece misafirimize tahsis edilecektir. Evimize ait bahçede küçükbaş hayvanlarla huzurlu vakit geçirip, bahçemizdeki taze sebze ve meyvelerden yararlanabilirsiniz. Bölgedeki tarihi yerlere eşit mesafede bulunmakta olup sizlere Balon Turu, Atv turu, At safarisi ve Jeep safari, Türk gecesi gibi olanaklar sağlamaktadır.
