The bedroom has a double bed & opens out to a beautiful fenced garden. There is a well equipped kitchen/lounge. The private bathroom, is in an adjacent corridor. We are near the City Centre & University. There is free street parking around the corner. The flat has steps, so not suitable for the elderly & people with mobility issues or poor eyesight

My first floor apartment is located in the quiet residential area but within a 10-minute walking distance to the city centre so the best of both worlds! It has its own entrance and driveway. Bathroom is completely new with a large bath and rain shower. The living room can be very warm and cosy for your evening with the electric fire. Every bedroom has clothes rails, hairdryers, shelves and draws and I provided all the beddings and towels, so you have everything ready for you!

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
