The balcony is a great seating spot with an unobstructed ocean view.

The balcony that faces the beach is spacious and we enjoyed eating our meals out there. We were steps away from the beach, which is an absolute must for us."

Our condo is an end unit located beachfront. The panoramic views are spectacular, the sound of the ocean is relaxing, and the movement of the waves is mesmerizing. We are located in a cozy 4 story building with an elevator and your own private entrance on the first floor, and It feels like your own oasis. Garden City pier is a half mile stroll down the beach which has fishing, food, and entertainment.
