A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
