Summer Cottage by the Sea

If you like the sea, fresh air and the Swedish archipelago, come and stay with us. You will have your own Cottage (25 m2) with small kitchen (cook top, sink, microwave and fridge), terass and private bathroom (1,5 meters to walk on the outside of the building to get to the bathroom). The house has one king size bed and one pull out sofa bed in two separate area (not separate rooms) in the cottage. The house is set in an idyllic and quiet, archipelago, country area only 150 m from the ocean with a beautiful spot for a morning swim. And it is only 20km away form Stockholm city. There is Wireless internet Tennis court around the corner. A kiosk that serves french coffee, ice cream and other lighter snack by the beach. From the kiosk you can order fresh bread, baguettes, sourdough loafs, nut and fruit and rye breads and Swedish cinnamon buns fresh out of the oven for the day after. The tennis club also offers coffee, ice-cream, cake and beverages in summertime. 2 fantastic summer restaurants only 10 min away by car in Saltsjöbaden. "Holmen Kok and Bar" at "Holmen island" and "Herrbadet Restaurant" at the "Bath houses" where they serve the best of Swedish summer delicatessens. At Saltsjöbadens station house there is a Restaurant with Organic foods. Our own Bistro with a few different dishes, pastas, sushi, wok and great pizzas at our train station Solsidan. Also a Japanese restaurant at Solsidan. It is lovely to hike around the island to explore it and getting the feeling of the Swedish archipelago. The bus to the city only takes 30 min. To get to Solsidan station you can either take the bus 485 which runs a few times a day, take a walk 45 min or we can give u a ride if we are at home and in the night a taxi is not expensive at all. Around 15 euros. Bed linnen and towels included! All there for u to just enjoy! Ps. we also have a larger house on the premises for rent, if you would be interested you'll find it on my profile.

Välkommen till ett unikt boende i charmiga Gustavsvik, Nacka! Här bor du med en fantastisk utsikt över Baggensfjärden på en insynsskyddad tomt omgiven av natur och lugn. Njut av den vedeldade bastun, bada från klipporna vid bryggan rakt nedanför huset eller promenera till sandstranden på bara 5 minuter. Området erbjuder fina promenadstråk, badplatser och skärgårdskänsla samtidigt som Stockholms innerstad nås på cirka 20 minuter med bil eller 35 min med buss. Perfekt för avkoppling året runt.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Enjoy the Space: This home is brand newlarge spaces and with airy rooms. You walk into an open space with a combined living room and kitchen with visible beams in the ceiling and a height of 3.8 meters; the room is airy, with large windows facing the forest and sea. Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Adorable little guesthouse close to sea and hiking

A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim

Sjöstugan

Välkommen till vår charmiga sjöstuga i idylliska Kummelnäs, precis vid vattnet med egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. På sommarkvällarna (April till mitten September) kan du njuta av magiska solnedgångar direkt från balkongen eller bryggan. Stugan är ca 40 kvadratmeter och välutrustad med allt du behöver för ett bekvämt boende. Här finns även bastu, kolgrill och möjlighet att hyra SUP för härliga turer på vattnet.
