Perfect family house close to nature and the city

High standard accomodation in excellent location! Calm surroundings on an island in the archipelago, with a 20 minute drive to Stockholm city centre. The ferry from the nearby harbor takes you either to the city centre or further out in the archipelago. The closest train stop is a 10 minute walk. A fantastic nature reserve is neighboring the house. Beaches, an outdoor swimming pool and a few nice restaurants nearby. The perfect house for a combination of exploring nature as well as the city!

Townhouse with a view, 15 min to central Stockholm

A perfect place to stay if you want to live close to the city center in a calm neighbourhood, having a small garden. Södermalm is 5 minutes away by bus, and the city center is 15 minutes away by boat. The house has two floors, bathrooms on each floor. Ground floor has a spacious living room connected to the dining area and the kitchen. A nice terrace on the backyard, perfect place for having breakfast on a sunny day. A dining area is also available in the front, with sun during afternoon.

Only ten minutes by subway from the city of Stockholm you find this unique ecovillage and our homely townhouse. You can spend your days on the large terrace, go for a walk in the nature reserve that is surrounding the village or a swim in the small lake nearby. The house is light and very fresh, newly renovated and very comfortable. If you are a family, there is room for you all and a lot of space to play, outside as well as inside. And if you want to go to the city, you´re close as well.

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Välkommen till detta fina parhus idylliskt beläget i ett Bullerby likt område med naturen som närmsta granne. Huset är perfekt för en familj som vill utforska både Stockholm och den fina naturen runt omkring. Trädgården går direkt över till skogen och naturreservatet. Flera sjöar med fina badplatser (både med bryggor, sandstrand och klippor) på gångavstånd. Det tar bara 20 min med buss till stan (Slussen). Havet ligger även nära. Sörmlandsleden går nästan förbi huset.

Välkommen till ett familjevänligt radhus nära skog, äng och hav. Du tar dig med buss och tunnelbana till Stockholm city på 35-45minuter. Huset består av tre våningar varav vi hyr ut de två nedre. 2 badrum, 3 sovrum, kök med matplats, vardagsrum med utsikt mot uteplats, skog och äng. På framsidan finns altan med gasolgrill. Altanen vetter mot den gemensamma lekplatsen. Området är lugnt och barnvänligt och har nära till flera bad, naturreservat och stadens puls.

Welcome to "the Plateau"! Relax and unwind in our lovely townhouse just outside Stockholm. Enjoy the nearby lake and large reserve, or stroll down the hill and catch the 15 minute trainride to the city center. From our sweetspot you are near to the archipelago, nature as well as Stockholm city. The nearest grocery shops are 1-2 kilometers away. Borrow our bike or park your car just outside for free.

Ett townhouse med ett fantastiskt ljusinsläpp genom alla de vackra fönstren. Fyra olika sovrum som ger gott om utrymme. Ett renoverat kök i skandinavisk stil med ett vackert ljus och en glasdörr ut. Det finns ett inglasat orangeri där man kan avnjuta dagens måltider eller bara sitta och läsa en bok. Hela huset andas klassisk svensk design och inredning vilket skapar en mysig stämning.

Fint radhus vid havsviken-Erstaviken. Flera (4st) stora altaner, en med utsikt mot Erstavikens vatten och en stor altan mot lummig baksida. Byggt 2017. Huset har genomgående ljusa färger och modern inredning, marmorbänkar i kök och ljusa trägolv i hela huset. Ett modernt boende nära hav och strand och 20 min med bil till Stockholm city. Parkering med laddning finns vid huset.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta mysiga radhus. På den bilfria gården kan barnen leka fritt och det finns lekplats med gungor och lekstuga ett stenkast från huset. I närområdet finns skogsstigar och flera insjöar för bad. Ni tar er lätt in till Stockholm city med buss som tar ca 20 min. Varmt välkomna!
