This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

The living room and bathroom with shower is downstairs. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and the 2nd can be configured as two singles or a king.

If you wish to venture further the lake is shouldered on both sides by Fredericton to the east and Woodstock to the west. Both cities of interest!
