A recently refurbished, comfortable home with allocated parking. The property has an open plan lounge diner, two bedrooms, office area, fully equipped kitchen, wet room and private garden. The property is in walking distance to Exeter University, St David's train station and an enjoyable scenic walk along the river to the quay and town centre. There is a bus stop nearby. There is plenty of room for a family or group of four to stay. This property is the perfect base for your next city break!

Fingle Farm

A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

We try our very best to make you feel home, while this is not a hotel.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Gallery- a Super City Apt & quiet courtyard

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Please be prepared for some minor disturbances as city centre. The apartment is super comfortable with good living space, kitchenette, great modern bathroom (en-suite) king bed plus double sofa bed. 50 inch Smart TV, table and tea / coffee - Nespresso facilities. Parking possible by arrangement if available ( small fee of £10 applies) Use of additional bedding means a small fee of £10.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.
