"La Mer" Gorgeous Getaway Home near Kashid Beach

La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

My love for the view, simple charms of rural Maharashtra and the constant breeze, inspired me to design Firefly as a big open convivial space, hugging nature but never bereft of comforts. Sankalp Bungalow is at Vaidya Ali in Nagaon abutting the Alibag - Murud State Highway. We look forward to hosting families of up to 12 persons. The Bungalow is a single storied structure with a Mangalore tile roof. It is situated away from the road in a green compound and is spacious and well ventilated. It has three bedrooms with AC and attached baths, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard has an outdoor badminton court. We strive to provide a relaxed and peaceful stay to our guests.

The cutest house in Kashid ;-)

Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it

Farmstay near Alibag with private pool

This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
