Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Peaceful airy retreat (on half acre lot) with balcony views overlooking the tallest active sand dune system in the Eastern U.S. Take a 2-3 minute stroll, you’ll discover the sound beach and beach trails. Cross the street and climb to the top of Jockey Ridge for amazing ocean views, hang glide or fly a kite. The ocean is just 1 minute car drive. Inside features 700 sq ft of privacy, including open-concept kitchen and living room, a private bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 Smart TVs.

Treefrog Tower offers a truly unique Outer Banks getaway, nestled in the trees of a private 9 acre pine forest on the border Jockey's Ridge State Park. You may literally walk out our driveway to 450 acres of hiking trails, sound-side beaches, kayaking, kiteboarding, etc. It's a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach access and some favorite local restaurants. The cozy location offers total privacy, facing into the woods with windows everywhere for lots of treetop filtered sunshine.

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Another airbnb rental is on the same property to the left, there is shared parking, but no living spaces shared.

This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
