OBX Sharp Stays presents: 'The Avalon Cottage' A 1958 original Outer Banks flat top cottage. This beautiful cottage has been renovated, offering the perfect mix of modern conveniences & true Outer Banks nostalgia. I do have several listings in this neighborhood including next door to this cottage. Centrally located, 2 king beds & rooms with Smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, large 65” smart tv, excellent WiFi, covered patio, outdoor shower, ping pong, rope swing & new decor. Pet friendly.

Nightly prices will vary based on dates selected--please check the calendar, short notice and off-season prices will be lower than peak season!

We do allow pets with a small additional cleaning fee on a case by case basis. Feel free to ask us anything.

Peaceful airy retreat (on half acre lot) with balcony views overlooking the tallest active sand dune system in the Eastern U.S. Take a 2-3 minute stroll, you’ll discover the sound beach and beach trails. Cross the street and climb to the top of Jockey Ridge for amazing ocean views, hang glide or fly a kite. The ocean is just 1 minute car drive. Inside features 700 sq ft of privacy, including open-concept kitchen and living room, a private bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 Smart TVs.

Very private and Nags Head Woods directly accesible with gravel path and stairs. Great for bird watchers and hikers. Sleeps three and one dog is permitted. On ground floor, no stairs. Enclosed concrete patio great for your dog and small kid if you have one. Full bath. Queen bed in bedroom that has own separate door to patio, in addition to the living room door. Memory foam cot and long, comfortable, couch. The only view is the woods. Very private. PARKING AVAILABLE FOR ONE VEHICLE

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
