Heaven's Gate - Off Grid Ocean View Villa

This Mediterranean style, four bedroom luxury villa sits at the top of a mountainside overlooking St. John’s pristine Hurricane Hole, designated a Virgin Islands Coral Reef Monument in 2001. Heaven’s Gate is a serene and very private hilltop vacation villa. Each of the four handsomely furnished bedroom suites includes its own private bath, three with outside showers, and each suite has access to outside terraces. Please review the House Rules prior to booking. Compliance is mandatory.

We located on one of the most beautiful beaches and coral reefs in the Caribbean (and on most days you will have it all to yourself). Our street address is indeed 1 Paradise Lane. This centrally air-conditioned 2-BR 2.5 bath villa is situated within a lush tropical garden bordering the private Nail Bay Golf Course & the sea. Our 1,000+/- sq. ft roof top deck with glass railings is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset views and the never-ending boating traffic on the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Park View Villa is located at the West End of the island of Tortola. The Villa is nestled on the slopes of the lush, forested area overlooking Romney Park and the Caribbean Sea. The nearest local “village shop”, C&D Superette, is 0.70 miles downslope the concrete road that leads to the property.
