Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. Neels Cottage in Rocklands

Rustic, old-fashioned cottage - the home of Marijke and Lefras Olivier, a retired local farmer. Located in the heart of the Rocklands bouldering area. Perfect for boulderers, or anyone wishing to enjoy the beauty of the Cederberg or just to enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners live in a Studio apartment at the back part of the house. They have a separate entrance. While guests will almost be unaware of their presence they are always available to give advice or answer questions.

Comfy Chalet situated next to the biedouw river

This unique and charming chalet is self Cathering equipped, have a lounge lounge area, braii , terrace and parking ideal lovers. The Cheetah you see here is called Iziba, during your stay you have a high chance to meet her. Not that we are not supporting animal exploitation and our cheetah is not part of any “package” or oblige in any ways to meet our visitors . Nardouw

Nardouw offers a unique off the grid bouldering (27Crags) and outdoor experience. The cabin is situated in a easy access ravine, giving you the ultimate in privacy and isolation from the hustle and bustle of the outside word while enjoying the heart of the Cederberg. Perfect for a two person getaway weekend, or longer. . . Guests have access to the whole of the 25ha property where the cabin is located. This includes the bouldering area, and short bike/hiking trails.

Soutbos Cottage

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Breath in the fresh karoo air, soak up the sunshine and gaze at the multitude of stars in the dark unpolluted night sky. Warm up around a large camp fire in the old dam that has been converted into a Boma and toast a marshmallow on the dancing flames. Go for lazy strolls in the karoo veld or hop on your mountain bike and break a sweat on the numerous jeep track paths that stretch across our farms.
