The studio offers both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Make the most of all seasons and enjoy the outdoors under the pergola featuring outdoor bath, lounge and dining area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people.
