Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Sikia

The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees . A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.

The Naxian Riviera Home is a bright Cycladic residence by the sea, ideal for guests seeking comfort and privacy just steps from the sand. It features a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. The residence opens onto a large private terrace with sun loungers, a built‑in bed and a cozy seating area. The built‑in terrace walls, with Cycladic openings and windows, create a calm, sheltered atmosphere that turns the space into a personal retreat.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Literally beside the sea looking at the sunset and be able to accomodate up to 10 people absolutely comfortably and make your holidays unforgetable. In front of the house there is a beautifull bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is one of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

Το διαμέρισμα Αρμενιστής 2 βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα με πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα,μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω βρίσκεται η υπέροχη παραλία Πιπέρι.Η Νάουσα όπου βρίσκεται και το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό με το υπέροχο λιμανάκι της και το ενετικό κάστρο.Μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο της Νάουσας όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλό φαγητό,νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά και τα ψώνια σας στα εμπορικά καταστήματα του χωριού.
