50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Located within walking distance (10-15min) from the main town of Paroikia.

Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.
